Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by GNSAC Information Technologies Ltd. Sti. ("GNSAC", "we", "us", or "our"), including our websites (gnsac.com.tr, gnsac.com) and cybersecurity products (GNSAC Vigil, GNSAC Phishing, GNSAC Dark Search), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

GNSAC provides enterprise cybersecurity platforms and services, including: GNSAC Vigil: Cyber threat intelligence platform with early warning, brand protection, and dark web monitoring capabilities. GNSAC Phishing: Security awareness and phishing simulation platform for employee training and assessment. GNSAC Dark Search: Dark web intelligence and credential monitoring service. Professional Services: Security assessments, penetration testing, SOC services, and consulting. Services are provided on a subscription basis as specified in your service agreement.

As a user of our services, you agree to: • Authorized Use: Use services only for lawful purposes and within the scope of your license • Account Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials • Accurate Information: Provide accurate and current information during registration • Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • No Misuse: Not use services to harm, harass, or infringe on others' rights • No Unauthorized Access: Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems Prohibited Activities: • Using our services for illegal purposes • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users • Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization • Interfering with the operation of our services

Subscription Plans: Services are offered on monthly or annual subscription plans as detailed in your service agreement. Payment Terms: • Fees are due in advance for the subscription period • All fees are non-refundable except as specified in this agreement • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes • Late payments may result in service suspension Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days before renewal. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Ownership: All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, documentation, trademarks, and content, remain the exclusive property of GNSAC. License Grant: Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your internal business purposes. Restrictions: You may not: • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our services • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software • Remove or alter any proprietary notices • Use our trademarks without written authorization Your Content: You retain ownership of data you submit to our services. You grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve our services.

Disclaimer: Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, GNSAC's total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Exclusions: GNSAC shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities • Service interruptions or data loss beyond our control • Actions of third parties or external security incidents Security Disclaimer: While we employ industry-leading security measures, no system can guarantee absolute security. We are not liable for security incidents beyond our reasonable control.

Availability: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Support: • Standard support: Email support during business hours • Priority support: Available with eligible plans • Emergency support: For critical security incidents (eligible customers) Updates: We may update our services to improve functionality, security, or compliance. We will notify you of material changes that may affect your use.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Dispute Resolution: • Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation • If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey • The language of arbitration shall be English or Turkish, as agreed by the parties Jurisdiction: For any matters not subject to arbitration, the courts of Istanbul, Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Waiver of Class Action: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
